...*shakes head*
Okay, let me give you some advice:
I've heard this song from the one that Nobou Uemanstu made...this is not your work. When I make video game music, I make my own MIDIs (from hours of listening to the game music), then put it into FLstudio and rework them.
1)Get you a music notation program, Finale 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 or any Finale program, really. Learn to write music on a staff, it really helps you when making it. You can look up Finale's website on google if you need it.
2)Once you learn the program well enough, start saving your work as MIDI files, and then use another program called FLstudio to put your music in. Its free, and only a demo, but I never need to save in it anyways, because most of the time you can do everything you need in one setting. You can look up FLstudio's website also on google. You'll also need to find some decent "soundfonts" for the program, but there are plenty of sites out there with soundfonts.
If you ever need help with any of these programs, or just music help in general, please email me at smartpoetic@yahoo.com.
Good luck in the future. :)
